Virtual Group Sessions Policy Non-Refundable Registration All group sessions are non-refundable. Once your spot is reserved, it is considered a commitment to the full program. Attendance If you are unable to attend a session, no refund or credit will be provided. We encourage you to make every effort to attend, as the group experience builds on each session. Confidentiality To protect the safety and trust of every participant, what is shared in the group must remain in the group. Breaches of confidentiality, including sharing another participant’s story or identity outside of the group, will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund. Respect & Safety All members are expected to treat one another with respect and compassion. Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the group without a refund.
