I approach each client as the expert to why they are seeking therapy or coaching. During your first session we will identify your recent experiences that have motivated you to schedule time with me. I will guide you to recall your personal history and help you identify how these experiences are continuing to impact you. We will not be placing a quick fix in your life. We will look at your entire life to acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses. We will build your personal plan based on your strengths in order for you to ensure success.
I take a trauma informed approach. I fully understand that we all have traumatic times in our past. Your trauma is very unique to you. I will help you to acknowledge the pain in your life and identify how these painful moments from your past continue to resurface. Teaching you to challenge the irrational thoughts (we all have them) that your past has engrained in your thought process. Allowing you to take complete control of your life; thoughts, feelings, and choices.

Coaching is a powerful journey focused on your present and future. Together, we will identify the skills you need to expand in order to achieve the life you've always envisioned. Picture yourself embracing-care and allowing space to process your emotions. Through our coaching sessions, you will develop a personalized plan to foster forgiveness for yourself and your estranged loved ones.
